To use tk91's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or gambling. Documents may be requested at any time for age verification.
• You must confirm that you are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on tk91:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on the account.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.

tk91 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Accepting these bonuses requires fulfilling specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 200% bonus on the first deposit is available up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Upon accepting a bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• tk91 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• If abuse of promotional offers is detected, the account may be closed.

The following rules regarding betting on tk91 apply to all members:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• tk91 is not liable for outcomes resulting from technical issues or network interruptions.
• If rule violations, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity are detected, all winnings will be voided.
• The result stored on the game provider's server is considered final.
• tk91 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet at its discretion.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though specific rules depend on each type of bet.

tk91 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

• The following activities are strictly prohibited: use of bots or automated software, operating multiple accounts, collusion (syndicate betting), and any form of fraud.
• If suspicious activity is detected, tk91 reserves the right to conduct an investigation and the account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions will be reported to the authorities immediately upon detection.
• All of tk91's random number generators (RNG) are verified through periodic audits.

• If you feel it is becoming difficult to control your play, apply for deposit limits, bet limits, or self-exclusion directly on our platform.

• Any loss arising from problems with your device or software.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the deposit amount of that specific transaction.
